Terms of Service & EULA

These Terms and End User License Agreement govern your use of the Pinggg app and site, operated by SunXperience. By using Pinggg, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required in your region and by the App Store rating. Pinggg is intended for adults.

2. Your account

Pinggg creates a device-based account; no phone number or username is required. You are responsible for activity on your device and the content you share.

3. Acceptable use & zero tolerance

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour — including harassment, hate speech, sexual content, spam, threats, impersonation, or unsafe behaviour. We may remove content and suspend or remove users who violate this policy, and we act on reports quickly.

4. Consent & conduct

Connections require mutual consent via Bluetooth or in-person QR. Respect others' boundaries; do not attempt to identify, track, or contact users who have not connected with you.

5. License & content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pinggg for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms. You retain rights to your content and grant us the limited rights needed to deliver your messages to your accepted contacts.

6. Beta & roadmap

Pinggg is in beta. Some features are pending production setup or on the roadmap and may change or be unavailable, including end-to-end encryption, production relay, paid Pinggg Plus, and live voice/video calls.

7. Safety, termination & deletion

You can block and report users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may delete your account anytime (see Delete your account).

8. Disclaimers & Apple

Pinggg is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. If obtained via the Apple App Store, the Apple-required EULA terms apply and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
