Delete your account

Steps (in the Pinggg app)

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Open Safety (Safety & Legal).
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your local identity, profile, and onboarding state.
• Your contacts, conversations, and media.
• Your events, blocks, and report records.
• Any server-side relay registration and messages once the production relay is connected.

For safety and legal compliance, a limited, anonymised record of prior reports may be retained. We do not keep your profile or message content after deletion.

Can't open the app?

Email mo@sunairgroup.com with the subject “Account deletion request” and we'll remove your data.
