How do I connect with someone?
Be physically near them and send a Pinggg from the radar, or scan their in-person QR. A contact is created only when you both accept — no adding by number, email, or searchable ID.
Is Pinggg on Android?
Not yet — Pinggg is currently an iPhone app (iOS 16+).
Are messages end-to-end encrypted?
Not in the current build. End-to-end encryption is on our roadmap; avoid sharing sensitive information for now.
What is Precision Graph?
Pinggg's confidence-first location layer (GPS + Bluetooth + relay). It powers chat pins and event confidence and never fakes sub-meter precision.
What is Pinggg Plus?
A membership tier shown in the app. Paid purchases are pending production setup (StoreKit) and not yet live.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile → Safety → Delete Account. See the Delete account page.
How do I report someone?
Use Report on any profile, request, or chat. We operate a zero-tolerance policy and act on reports quickly.
